I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is located in the lovely Ortakoy neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean, but I had some issues with the service and dining options. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Bosphorus for ferry rides and a quick bus ride to Taksim Square. Overall, it's a pretty good value for the money though some aspects could use improvement.

The location is great, with only a 3-minute walk to the Bosphorus River, making it easy to catch ferries to other parts of Istanbul.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited and not very satisfying, with a very scarce breakfast that didn’t offer much variety.
Facilities

Facilities could use more attention, as my room had a view obstructed by A/C units and was in a different building 200 meters away.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Bosphorus River, making it easy to catch ferries to explore Istanbul. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made my experience more pleasant. However, the room I got was quite disappointing; it was small and not very clean. Additionally, the dining options were pretty limited. Overall, it's a good place for the price, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Bosphorus and many shops, the room was quite cramped and did not match the expectations set by the pictures online. The service I received was disappointing, particularly when I had to go to another location due to overbooking. On a positive note, the area around the hotel was vibrant and close to many attractions.
Rooms

The room was quite small, cramped almost with barely any space around the beds, unlike what was shown in the pictures. It was disappointing to feel so confined.

However, the rooms were extremely small and the service could have been friendlier. While the dining wasn't the best, we managed to make it work. Overall, it's a decent stay for the location, but don't expect spacious rooms and great service.
